Keeps up with the inbox, so the day stays clear.
Second Brain is an assistant Moses Adebayo builds and runs for himself, on his own computer. It reads his mail and calendar, and tells him what needs him.
What it does
- 01
Sorts new mail
Each email is read, sorted and summarised, and the ones that need a reply are flagged.
- 02
Suggests replies
Drafts a reply in his voice. Nothing leaves until he approves it and sends it himself.
- 03
Briefs the morning
The day's meetings, what's waiting and what's due, sent before the day starts.
- 04
Answers questions
"What did the bank say last week?" or "What's my afternoon like?"
How it uses Google
- GmailReads mail to keep track of what's arrived.
- DraftsSaves replies he approves as Gmail drafts. It never sends email.
- CalendarReads the day's schedule. It never creates or changes events.
Everything it syncs is stored on his computer. It isn't a public service, and only his own accounts are connected to it. The privacy policy has the details.
